The head 1 is established on a carriage 2 which can be displaced horizontally against the tension of a spring 14 inside a fixed support 3, incorporating a box 4 defining a vertical housing in which there is a plunger 5 provided at the bottom with a rack 6 capable of engaging with a pinion 7 mounted in the fixed support and which permanently receives the movement of the supply line, the aforesaid plunger 5 tending to keep itself uncoupled from the pinion 7 through the effect of a pair of bands 8 and interlocking with the pinion when it receives, at the top, the actuation of a tamper 11 associated with the vertically displaceable unit of the head 1. <IMAGE>
