COPPER-CLAD LAMINATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a copper-clad laminated sheet having excellent reduction in size and superior warpage characteristics by using a specific quantity of an impregnating solution mainly comprising a special aryl ester resin. CONSTITUTION:An impregnating solution using one kind or more of dibasic acids selected from orthophthalic acid, isophthalic acid and a terephthalic acid and an aryl ester resin having an aryl ester group at the terminal of polyester composed of polyhydric alcohol as main components is employed as an impregnating solution containing a cured resin, and the quantity is brought to 30-60wt.% to a copper-clad laminated sheet except a copper foil in the copper- clad laminated sheet in which a glass-fiber cloth base material is impregnated with the impregnating solution containing the cured resin and laminated and cured together with the copper foil.
