PURPOSE: A panel mount structure of a cell test apparatus is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by eliminating loss of a polarizer and to maintain a predetermined inspection level. CONSTITUTION: A panel mount structure of a cell test apparatus has a back light(20), a color filter glass(24) including a thin film transistor glass(22) and a color filter(25), and an upper polarizer(26) that are sequentially stacked on the panel mount. A cholesteric liquid crystal layer(30) is attached on the top surface of the back light. A light-shielding tape(40) for minimizing the distance between the TFT glass and the cholesteric liquid crystal layer and shielding light is attached to a portion corresponding to a black matrix of the color filter.
