PURPOSE:To move a carriage along an ideal deceleration curve and make stable positioning possible by forming a speed interpolation value in synchronization with the counting of pisition detecting pulses. CONSTITUTION:The moving distance up to a targeted position is set in a subtraction counter 8, and is subtracted by the position pulses C from a position detector 5 and a pulse making circuit 7, by which a speed command signal E is made. An interpolation value circuit 10 subtracts this from the output of a speed detector 6 in synchronization with the signal of a pulse circuit 7. An interpolation value D is added to the speed command E in an adder 12, to make a corrected speed command F which moves a carriage by way of a nonlinear circuit 13, a subtractor 14 and a power amplifier 15. |
