PURPOSE:To output a hand-written character as sound by converting a character code into sound, D/A-converting it and outputting it from a speaker. CONSTITUTION:At the time of hand-writing the character on a graphic input board part 1, the character is recognized as graphic data and a special character in a character code conversion part 2 and it is once converted into the character code. A character pattern is read from a memory 5 for recognizing the handwriting character based on the character code, and it is displayed in a display part 6 so as to recognize the character. A sound data conversion part 3 converts the character code into sound data and it is D/A converted. Thus, it is outputted as sound from the speaker 4. Thus, the hand-written character can be outputted as sound. Consequently, a person who is disabled of emitting sound can transmit his will to a third person by sound. |
