PURPOSE:To quickly perform rotation and vertical movement as well as light weighing with the diameter of a housing being reduced and to generate no vibration noise even performing a high speed driving, by providing a nozzle holder on the concentric circle of a housing and providing a locking mechanism at this center part. CONSTITUTION:Plural nozzle holders 20 are arranged on the concentric circlefor the rotating center of a housing 17, are provided freely movably vertically respectively and suction nozzles 34 capable of the suction and release of an electronic part P are provided at the respective end parts of these nozzle holders 20. Moreover a locking mechanism 19 composed of a steel ball 23 and guide bar 21 is provided at the rotation center of this housing 17 and the specific suction nozzle 34 and nozzle holder 20 projecting from the end face of the housing 17 are locked at the position thereof. |
