PURPOSE:To enable it to make a long and small through hole by extending a tube, whose outer diameter is equal to a prepared hole in an orifice palte and internal diameter equal to an orifice bore diameter at time of elongation and, after being inserted into the prepared hole, eliminating the tube other than those in an orifice hole. CONSTITUTION:Such a formed one as provided with a knob part 3 in an outer diameter entering in a prepared hole 4 prebored in an orifice plate 2 is vulcanized and molded in one end of a rubberlike elastic tube 1, and it is inset in the prepared hole 4 of the orifice plate from this knob part 3, making the tube 1 advance up to a part of the tube 1 as extending it, and then this extension is released. The tube 1 is tried to be restored to the original thickness and fitted in the prepared hole 4. Then, a part jutting out of this prepared hole is cut off. With this procedure repeated, plural pieces of orifice plates 2 are manufacturable. According to this manufacture, mass production for fine hole and long orifices can be done easily. |
