摘要

PURPOSE:To maintain the adhesive strength of a skin and a polyurethane foamed layer properly without damaging feeling by coating the rear of a skin material with fluorine before the skin material is placed and unified. CONSTITUTION:The rear of a knit fabric composed of polyester fibers is spray- coated with fluorine, and the rear is dried. A polyurethane foamed stock solution is applied on a Teflon-worked glass belt in constant thickness, and the whole glass belt is transferred onto a heated plate and the fabric coated with fluorine is placed onto the polyurethane foamed stock solution applied and the stock solution is foamed while applying load, thus acquiring a two-layer laminated structure having an excellent quality urethane foamed layer.
