SOLUTION: An expansive fire resisting member 10 capable of forming a fire resisting layer 11 greatly expanding its volume in case of fire is stuck on or inserted into butt end surfaces 1a and 2a as a joint section in fire preventive and resistive external wall panels 1 and 2.
