<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of an outer diameter and decrease the number of the parts by providing a slinger fixed to either the outer peripheral surface of an inner wheel near a sealing member, or the inner peripheral surface of an outer wheel and an annular metal fitting fitted under pressure and fixed to the other one of above two peripheral surfaces and provided with a sensor facing to the detected part of the slinger. CONSTITUTION:One side of a space between an inner wheel 1 and an outer wheel 5 is tightly closed by a sealing member 10, and the other side thereof is tightly closed by a sealing member 11, and a slinger 15 is formed in a stepped cylindrical shape composed of a small diameter part 16, a large diameter part 17 and a step part 18, and the small diameter part 16 is compressively inserted in and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of an annular member 3, and slits 21 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction in the detected part by the large diameter part 17. A metal fitting 25 is compressively inserted in and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the outer wheel 5, and a sensor 31 is compressively inserted in and fixed to a hole 29 so that the sensor 31 can face to the slit 21. The rotational angle of the inner wheel 1 is detected through a detection of a passage of the slit 12 made by the sensor 31. By the above constitution, the whole dimension is reduced, number of the parts is decreased, and fitting of the sensor 31 is made simple.</p> |
