PURPOSE:To improve durability by using an aq. lime-based soln. instead of water or the soln. added with a reactant to prepare an uncured hydraulic material, ageing the material by air drying steam, atomized water droplets, an autoclave, etc., and hardening the material. CONSTITUTION:An aq. Ca(OH)2 soln. at >= pH 10 or an aq. lime-based soln. such as an efflorescence eluate consisting essentially of the soln. is used, or a reactant reacting with the efflorescence such as potassium stearate is added to the soln. to prepare an uncured hydraulic material. The material is aged by air drying, steam, atomized water droplets by an ultrasonic humidifier, an autoclave, etc., and hardened to obtain a low-water-absorption hydraulic material with less water gaps. When water vaporization inhibiting aging and atomized water droplets aging are applied, the water gaps are further reduced, CaCO3 is densely formed, water is sparingly absorbed, and the strength is increased. |
