PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain sewage in drainage basins for each house connected to a sewer in a working section to the stream side lower than the sewer in the working section while using one control-signal cable. SOLUTION: Suction pipes 31 are connected to a plurality of the drainage basins 36 connected to the sewer 24 in the working section respectively, and sewage in the drainage basins 36 can be drained by connecting each suction pipe 31 to a vacuum-suction drainage system 30 by on-off valves 81. ID terminals 93 receiving signals conducting electricity through solenoids 83a for each electromagnetic changeover valves 83 for opening and closing each on-off valve 81 and controllers 44 are connected in series by the control signal cable 94 in one system, and electricity is conducted through the solenoid 83a for one electromagnetic changeover valve 83 and one on-off valve 81 is opened and sewage in one drainage basin 36 can be drained.
