PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showerhead support device simple in structure and excellent in durability, capable of preventing water from leaking below a top plate and the like and, even if applied to the faucet body of a combination faucet, maintaining the interchangeability of the faucet body. SOLUTION: The device, for supporting a showerhead 40 on the top plate 20 of a washstand etc., or a faucet body 31 mounted thereon, includes a first support rod 11 fixed in a standing position on the upper surface of either the top plate 20 or the faucet body 31, a second support rod 12 provided to be vertically movable relative to the first support rod 11, and a holder 16 joined with the front end of the second support rod 12. The second support rod 12 is fitted over the first support rod 11 so that the supported position of the showerhead 40 can be adjusted by extending the second support rod 12 relative to the first support rod 11.
