<p>PURPOSE:To prevent shim halves from slipping off so as to simplify gap adjustment by arranging a thrust plate fixed by a bolt on one of the members together connected by pins, and setting a pair of shim halves between this thrust plate and the member, and providing bolt engaging groove which is opened obliquely downward against the halves. CONSTITUTION:A pair of shim halves 24 for composing a shim 23, are provided with engaging grooves 25 each of which is formed in an approximately U letter shape in the position of a middle part 24B, and opened obliquely downward at an angle theta1 in relation to a division line 0-0. A gap adjusting work can be carried out through arrangement of the division line 0-0 of a shim, half 24 vertical to the ground, and engaging grooves 25 can be engaged in the state of being engaged with bolts 12 on the left and right side obliquely downward in their hooked condition in relation the division line 0-0, then slipping off of each shim half 24 from the bolt 12 can be prevented. Therefore, even if the division line 0-0 of the shim 23 is inclined from the vertical line and oscillation at the time of gap adjusting word is transmitted to the shim cut half 24, a falling-down of the shim half 24 from between a thrust plate 22 and a blacket 21A can be prevented, and holding of the shim half 24 by a hand is not required.</p> |
