PURPOSE:To control a mold down to the desired temperature easily and efficiently by feeding a mold with a resin molding material fushion boned thereon fed from a second heating station to a slow cooling station to be cooled with cooling air, and then being rapidly cooled by means of cooling water in a rapid cooling station. CONSTITUTION:A mold 12 fed into a second heating station 18 is swinged through a driving means 44 in the given angle range, and foaming resin is foamed to form a skin material. A carrier stand 11 is carried to an elevator stand 62 of a second elevator station 26 and lowered down by the action of a motor 60. At that time, an air blowing means 49 constituting a slow cooling station 19 is driven to fed cooling air into the molding tool 12 and the mold 12 and the skin material is cooled slowly. The mold 12 is carried to a rapid cooling station 20 through a carrier mechanism 28 and turned upside down under the action of a driving means 54 and also rapidly cooled by feeding the cooling water to the outer face side of the molding tool through a cooling water feeding means 50. |
