PURPOSE:To mold a complicated or very fine hollow section by forming a core of optional shape by means of a polymer material soluble only to a speci fied solvent, inserting the same into a mold, mol forming, and then removing the polymer material section by means of a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A core 201 consisting of three arm sections 201a, 201b and 201c is formed by means of water soluble vinyl alcohol which is soluble in water only. Then, the core 201 is disposed in the given position of a bottom force 202 for molding in which spaces 202a, 202b and 202c into which the ends of respective arm sections 201a, 201b and 201c of the core 201 are inserted, and the core is inserted between the bottom force 202 and a top force 203 processed in the similar shape as that of bottom force. Then, molding resin for a housing is injected into a cavity 202d and solidified thereon to carry out mold forming and manufacture a mold formed product 204 with fixed core. then, the mold formed product 204 with fixed core 201 is put into a tank 206 in which water 207 is in, and the core 201 is melted and removed completely. |
