The invention, a massage therapy device, comprises of certain amount of evenly mixed hard particles and elastic particles and a therapy device majority equipping a container to contain the evenly mixed hard particles and elastic particles and superficial air inlets and outlets. By controlling the amount of evenly mixed hard particles and elastic particles inside the therapy device majority, the interior of the entire therapy device majority is under certain degree of saturation or swelling. One may arbitrarily squeeze, clutch, push, pat, and rub the palm, finger, toe, face and various portions on the entire body under the timing control of optimal time retard, space retard, active force and reaction force. The device may arbitrarily strengthen joint massage, finger activation, reflection massage for brain tissue and other organs to further vitalize the skin and to achieve optimal massage and therapy effects in avoiding blood blockage for the entire body.
