PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated sheet having excellent heat resistance and electrical characteristics without using a prepreg method by coating and impregnating a base material mainly comprising cellulose fibers with a melamine resin from both surfaces of the base material in a fog shape. CONSTITUTION:A base material mainly comprising cellulose fibers is impregnated with a melamine resin, and the base material is impregnated with a resin composition section for impregnation using aryl ester resin as a main component, and laminated and cured. The impregnation of the melamine resin is applied from both surfaces of the base material in a fog shape. A melamine resin liquid can be permeated sufficiently up to the inside of the cellulose fibers of the base material even when the concentrated melamine resin liquid is employed according to coating in the fog shape, and the content of the resin liquid is adjusted easily, thus acquiring a laminated sheet having excellent physical properties. The fog-shaped coating must be conducted onto both surfaces of the base material, and warpage is generated in the laminated sheet obtained when the coating is performed onto one surface. A method, in which the solution is sprayed by air pressure, a method by ultrasonic waves, etc., are used as a method in which the melamine resin is atomized. |
