MANUFACTURE OF IN-COLD DECORATING PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To manufacture a large in-mold decoration product which is not provided with in-mold decoration by disposing heated in-mold decoration sheets on the surfaces of a top force and (or) a bottom force of a compression molding die, feeding the given quantity of plastic in the plasticised state on the bottom force, closing the mold and carrying out compression molding of plastic. CONSTITUTION:A heated in-mold decoration sheet 3 is disposed on the surface of a top force of a compression molding die consisting of a top force 1A and a bottom force 1B. Then, a blank 4 force with a plastic sheet material cut into the given dimension is heated and placed on the bottom force 1B of a compression molding die, and the mold is closed and heat pressurized to manufacture a molded product.
