PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a fan which has superior heat exchange efficiency and high productivity. SOLUTION: In a heat sink 51 with a fan in which a plurality of mutually parallel fins 52 are fixed on a base plate 53, and a blowing fan 75 is provided integrally with the fins 52 and the base plate 53, the fan 75 is arranged on one end side of the base plate 53, so as to blow air along the direction of the plate surface of the base plate 53.
