PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in fixing a wheelchair. SOLUTION: In the wheelchair fixing device which comprises a pair of front fixing belts 1 with front hooks 4 at each end provided in the left and right front of the wheelchair fixing location FP on the floor F in a vehicle while base end of belts 1 being attached to front anchors 3, a pair of rear fixing belts 2 with rear hooks 6 at each end provided in the left and right rear of the wheelchair fixing location FP while base end of belts 2 being attached to rear anchors 5, and tight binding members 8 capable of adjustment of belt length and being kept in that length after adjusted, the wheelchair C is fixed to the vehicle floor F by engaging the hooks 4, 6 with the wheelchair and tensing the fixing belts 1, 2. The front anchors 3 and the rear anchors 5 of this wheelchair fixing device are arranged inside of the entire width of the wheelchair C.
