PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes which enable accurate tightening thereof favorably in a freely adjustable manner while putting on the shoes without loosening and while being made easy to wear or take off by eliminating the shortcoming of the shoes using a quickly closable fastener. SOLUTION: The shoes have a tongue part 30 at each of upper parts 20 thereof 10 and a pair of flap parts 40 and 50 on both sides of the tongue part 30. One of the pair of flap parts 40 and 50 is provided with a tension belt 41 for pulling the flap part 40 to the side of the other while the other flap part 50 is provided with a belt insertion hole 51 for passing the tension belt 41 therethrough. When tightening the shoes 10, the tension belt 41 is passed through the belt insertion hole 51 and folded back being adjustably pulled and the tension belt 41 thus folded back and the other flap part 50 are pulled separately to the side of the one flap part 40 to be retained with the position thereof freely adjustable.
