PURPOSE:To hold storage contents without erasing them, by connecting a bubble memory and a power-failure detecting circuit to an IC memory and by equipping a battery power source. CONSTITUTION:An IC memory and a bubble memory are connected together, and the IC memory and a power-failure detecting circuit are also connected together. In normal operation, the memory is connected to a power source side and if a power failure occurs, it is connected to a battery side through the operation of the circuit to set a feeding state by the battery power source; and a switch mechanism SW which recovers to its original state on recovery to the normal feed state is interposed between the normal power source and battery power source, and IC memory. |
