PURPOSE:To prevent such a problem where the build-in operations of products are interrupted owing to the shortage of capacity by checking previously whether the products can be built or not into a library of the build-in destination side when the software products are built in a user system. CONSTITUTION:When a software product 10 is built in a user system, the product capacity information 12 recorded on an offering medium of the product 10 is inputted. Then the necessary occupation value of the idle occupation value are extracted for a library 30 provided at the build-in destination of the product 10. Then a fact whether the product 10 can be built in the library 30 or not is checked. Thus it is possible to prevent such a problem where the build-in operation of the product 10 is interrupted owing to the shortage of capacity of the library 30.
