发明名称 SOLAR RAY TRACKING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable an incident angle to be accurately measured by a simple device by a method wherein two solar cells equal to each other in both characteristics and photodetective area are used, and the angle of rotation where the sum of the generated electric powers of the cells becomes zero is detected. CONSTITUTION:Two solar cells equal to each other in both characteristics and photodetective area are fixed masking their photodetective planes 1 and 2 arranged in axial symmetry and mounted on a shaft 3 in a pivotable manner. The photodetective planes 1 and 2 composed of solar cells are rotated, and the angle of rotation of a tracking device where the terminal voltage of a circuit which combines electric powers generated in the cells by sunlight respectively becomes zero is measured. Therefore, the measured angle concerned is the incident angle of a sunbeam. By this setup, the incident angle of a sunbeam can be easily and accurately measured.
