PURPOSE:To obtain foods and drinks having antiallergic action, by blending foods or drinks with one or more of 1-menthol, menthone and cineole with an extract of peppermint of natural plant and enhancing antiallergic action. CONSTITUTION:Foods and drinks such as chewing gum or candies are blended with >=12.8mg based on eating unit of 1-menthol, >=16.0mg menthone or >=3.2mg cineole alone or in combination or peppermint spice and one or combination of 1-menthol, menthone and cineole and the total amount of any of the components is an amount corresponding to the above-mentioned value. |
