As shown in FIG. 3, a network electronic conference system comprises: at least one notebook personal computer PC1 through PCi each having an input operation function to process arbitrary information; presentation apparatus 10 for displaying image based on information transferred from the notebook personal computer PC1; a creator (5) for storing information contents DIN displayed on the presentation apparatus 10 together with their time information TD and creating electronic information DOUT; and a communication cable 40 and a access point 6, which connect at least the notebook personal computer PCi, communicator 10, and the creator 5 to each other. The apparatus 10 controls the creator 5 so that it can store the mark information CD obtained on the basis of an input operation function of the notebook personal computer PCi together with the time information TD.
