PURPOSE: A multi-functional fishing bag is provided to enable a hard case to be used as a chair and to easily install a fishing rod used as a front support holder and back piles without the need of separately carrying the front support holder and back piles, thereby increasing portability and convenience in use. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional fishing bag comprises a hard case(1) made of a rigid material and combined with an openable lid at its upper portion; receiving grooves(3) recessed at opposite ends of the bottom of the hard case(1); supporting legs(10) having a pair of leg bodies(11) connected to each other by means of a connecting rod(12) and rotatably installed at the receiving grooves(3); hooking grooves(13) recessed at internal lower surfaces of the leg bodies(11); and a stopper reciprocally installed at an internal wall of each of the receiving grooves(3), for maintaining a state of the leg bodies(11) adaptively when leg bodies(11) are set up or received in the receiving grooves(3).
