PURPOSE:To reduce the fusion and fixing of a developer to a regulating member and to form a stable image by forming at least the surface part of a developer carrier with a material that two types of fillers of large and small particle sizes are added and dispersed. CONSTITUTION:A driving roller 1 is provided on a casing housing one component developer 6 composed of toner for developing, and simultaneously, a thin developer carrying sleeve 2 is fitted in the outside of the roller 1. This developing sleeve 2 is formed in such a manner that the small and large particle size fillers are added and dispersed on nylon resin having elasticity. In other words, the added small grain diameter filler keeps the stiffness of the carrier excessively, and the large particle size filler imparts the proper ruggedness to the surface of the sleeve 2 to contribute to the carrying of the developer, and simultaneously, contributes on the prevention of the fusion and fixing of the developer to the regulating member. Thus, the fusion and fixing of the developer to the regulating member are reduced, and this developing device forming the stable image is obtained. |
