PURPOSE:To obtain the subject oriented film having high electrical conductivity in a simple method by cooling a base plate coated with Ziegler-Natta catalyst, scanning the surface of the base plate with laser light and locally heating the spotted part. CONSTITUTION:A base plate coated with Ziegler-natta catalyst is cooled to a liquid nitrogen temperature and kept in an acetylene gas atmosphere, then locally heated by laser rays to accelerate polymerization reaction at the heated part, thus the heated spot is scanned to afford an oriented film of polyacetylene. |
