<p>PURPOSE:To save labor by fixing a wire onto a trolley which is furnished with a mechanism holding, rotating and horizontally moving a pilot pipe, letting the trolley run over rails with a winch operated, and thereby connecting the pilot pipe to a pilot pipe which is installed onto a main pushing device in advance, within a vertical pit. CONSTITUTION:A trolley 10 is equipped with a holding, a rotating and a horizontally moving mechanism for a pilot pipe 12, and a wire 32 is fixed onto the rear section of the trolley, and the other end of the wire is taken up in such a way that it can be rewinded again. And let the trolley 10 which runs with the winch 26 operated, run over a rail 22 set at the outside of a vertical pit, a rail 23 provided for the wall of a starting vertical pit, a curved rail 24 mutually connecting these rails 22 and 23, and a sloping rail 25. The pilot pipe 12 is then installed with the trolley 10 moved in the vertical pit 6, so that it is thereby connected to a pilot pipe 12 which is installed onto a main pushing device 1 in advance. By this constitution, both efficiency and safety are enhanced, and cost can thereby be lowered.</p> |
