PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services and guarantee the confidentiality of user data. SOLUTION: Memory (25) for every user records detection of service provision for several users. A server method of a transaction ID (GITD) includes a management module (27) which makes a confidential ID correlated with certain services, transmits a request signal to start a service transaction to send it to communication interfaces (21) and (23) of the server method of the transaction ID (GITD), advises a user ID, analyzes (1') the request, and generates confidential transaction IDs by the management module (27) and control method (26).
