PURPOSE:To optimize the efficiency of utilization of circuits by providing a virtual relaying point for a few branch offices each, and by changing groups each consisting of branch offices and the relaying point while the optimizing the efficiency of utilization of the circuits. CONSTITUTION:A few branch offices form one group, and a virtual relaying point for data transfer to a head office in the 1st step. So the charge is minimized, each branch office and the virtual relaying point are connected in the 2nd step. Then, the respective branch offices in one group are regarded as relaying points, while the charge for data transfer to the head office by way of the relaying points is minimized, for optimization in the 3rd step. As a result, a selected branch office is regarded as the virtual relaying point in the 4th step. Those 1st-4th steps are carried out successively and repeatedly several times to set proper relaying points for realizing the optimization of the charge. |
