PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit, reducing the number of mounting fittings for mounting a dry capillary tube and a strainer to the utmost and preventing contact with the dry capillary tube and the strainer from the outside to the utmost. SOLUTION: In this heat exchange unit 6, two or more fins are provided between both tube sheets 31 and a refrigerant pipe is arranged in a meandering manner. The dry capillary tube 19 and the strainer 18 for the dry capillary tube are disposed between both tube sheets. A strainer insert hole 36 for inserting the strainer for the dry capillary tube is formed in one tube sheet, and a capillary tube fixing hole 41 for fixing the dry capillary tube disposed between both tube sheets is formed in the other tube sheet.
