PURPOSE:To prevent part of a wire connecting part from being peeled by so providing a wire guide hole as to be disposed at the rear within a special distance from the rear end of a wore bonding surface at the end of a wire guide hole outlet. CONSTITUTION:A wire guide hole 15 is so opened that the end 12 of a wire guide hole outlet is disposed at the rear within 30mum larger than 0mum from the rear end 14 of a wire bonding surface. In this case, since the hole 15 is so opened as to be disposed at the rear larger than 0mum at the end 12 of the wire guide hole outlet, in the case of wire bonding, generation of a part to be wire bonded once at the wire cut part is prevented, and a problem in which the part of the wire connecting part is peeled due to the wire cut from the part of the wire connected to an electrode surface in wire cutting of next step is improved. |
