PURPOSE:To eliminate handling time to find out the name of a bank/the name of a branch from a bank/branch code by recording the name of the bank/the name of the branch found out by rederring to a financial agency information file about the bank/branch code read out of a card on a paper sheet, etc. CONSTITUTION:In respect of the bank code and the branch code read out of the inserted card 1, the name of the corresponding bank or the name of the corresponding branch is found out by retrieving the financial agency information file 3, and this found out name of the bank and the found out name of the branch are recorded on a journal 4 or a receipt 5 together with the contents of transaction by a card 1. Namely, the bank/branch code read out of the card 1 is turned into the name of the bank/the name of the branch in Japanese language, and is recorded on the paper sheet, etc. Thus, the handling time for a manager to find out the name of the bank/the name of the branch from the bank/branch code can be saved. |
