PURPOSE:To obtain the electronic wind instrument which eliminates a sense of incongruity in playing by varying the area of an entrance opening by deformation by a valve means corresponding to the breath pressure at an entrance part. CONSTITUTION:In the constitution of the natural wind instrument feeling adder 8, the end part of an entrance tube 12 as the entrance of an air chamber 15 is closed with a disphragm valve 18 by its elasticity in a range wherein the breath pressure is low. When the breath pressure rises, the diaphragm valve 18 is pressed with the breath pressure to leave the entrance tube 12, so the opening area of the entrance part is increased. The increase quantity of a flow rate increases as the breath pressure rises. When the breath pressure further rises, the diaphragm valve 18 further deforms and is pressed toward the exit side to close the end part of an exit tube 19, but a flapping vibration phenomenon due to the resonance of the valve at the time of the closure of the exit part with the diaphragm valve 18 is prevented through the operation of a projection 20. Consequently, flow rate characteristics which are similar to those a natural wind instrument are obtained and the same feeling similar with the natural wind instrument is obtained to eliminate a sense of incongruity as compared with the natural wind instrument. |
