PURPOSE:To effectively prevent generation of vibration and noise by providing a device with which high pressure incompressible viscous fluid is supplied from the outside to at least one of damper chambers, and sufficiently exhibiting the damping function even at receiving an alternating load on an unloader piston. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 2 is forward moved for example, gas in a gas compression chamber 12 is compressed to push and open a discharge valve 7, the gas is entered to a discharge chamber 8 through a passage 13, and discharged through a discharge pipe. Pressure of high pressure gas from a high pressure gas source 48 is reduced into appropriate pressure with a pressure control valve 47, the gas is introduced to a gas chamber 66 through a gas pipe 46, a hole 45, piping 44, and a hole 43, then, an unloader piston 10 is moved up and down, top clearance volume composed of a chamber 19 and an opening 18 is varied, and hence the displacement of the compressor is continuously controlled. When fluid is leaked from a damper chamber 40a or 40b outward, the unloader piston 10 is moved downward by receiving alternating load. Then, when the pressure in the damper chamber 40b is lowered, high pressure fluid is let flow from a tank 73 to the damper chamber 40b through piping 72, holes 71, 70, and a check valve 75. |
