PURPOSE: A power take-off device of a vehicle is provided to drive other equipment by taking out power from a power generator rotary shaft to an electronic clutch and driving a dog coupling and a hydraulic pump with selection connection of the electronic clutch. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump is mounted to an engine body of a vehicle through a bracket and composed of a pump body in which a pump rotary shaft(14) having an impeller is rotatively installed. A cooling unit(20) installed at the side of the hydraulic pump comprises a coupling shaft(22) connected through a dog coupling in a hollow housing(21) to be in a straight line together with the pump rotary shaft of the hydraulic pump and a fixing bracket-cum-housing cover(31) installed in one end of the housing to support rotatively the coupling shaft. An electronic clutch(30) is composed of a stator(32) wound with coil(32a) and disposed to the fixing bracket of the cooling unit; a hub(33) arranged at the end of the coupling shaft and connected with an armature(34) through a wave spring(35); and a pulley(36) installed at the hub to cover the stator, formed with a friction surface coupled selectively to the armature, and rotatively supported by a bearing.
