PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a low strength region due to the interposition of a local resin rich region or a staple fiber by curing the binder in a reinforcing mat in such a state that the reinforcing mat is pressed to the wall surface of a mold and subsequently injecting a resin material in the mold. CONSTITUTION:Two films 10a, 10b are interposed between the reinforcing materials 9 arranged to a cavity 7 in a laminated state at the position equally dividing the upper and lower layers of the reinforcing materials. An upper mold 5 is allowed to fall to carry out mold clamping and air is blown in the space between two films 10a, 10b. An air injection nozzle 12 is advanced to be made to abut on the end surfaces of the reinforcing materials 9 exposed to a notch part 11 and compressed air is blown in the space between the films 10a, 10b to press the reinforcing materials 9a, 9b to the inner wall surfaces of upper and lower molds 5, 6 in a close contact state. When temp. is lowered to the curing temp. of the binder in the reinforcing materials 9, the reinforcing materials 9 are brought to the shapes being in close contact with the molds 5, 6 and the supply of compressed air is stopped and a two-component type curable resin is injected in the molds through a resin injection port 8. |
