PURPOSE:To separate a solute in a short time by bringing a filter film selectively adsorptive to a solute into contact with a plurality of air-diffusible and liquid- through rotary cylinders, driving the same, making the solute adsorbed on the filter film on the rotary cylinders and eluding on other cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A filter film 18 selectively adsorptive to a solute for separation is brought into contact with the peripheral surfaces of a plurality of air- diffusible and liquid-through rotary cylinders 11-15 successively. During the process, solution 7 containing said solute is permeated into the filter film 18 forcibly at least on one of said rotary cylinders and said solute is adsorbed on the filter film 18. Then, elute 9 is permeated into the filter film 18 forcibly on at least one of other rotary cylinders to elude said solute. As a result, the solute contained in the solution can be separated by high speed flow in a short time, and also processing in large quantity can be carried out. |
