PURPOSE:To prevent generation of vibration and noise by independently providing a control valve in which control gas to be supplied to the working chamber in the unloader cylinder of each cylinder is generated to every cylinder, and mutually equalizing volume control factor of each cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Suction pressure LP in a suction cavity 5 is introduced into the chamber 38 of a control valve 100, actuated on a bellows 34 to be converted to its vertical displacement. The displacement is transmitted to a ball 75 through a shaft guide 36, a shaft 73, and a pin 74. By this up and down movement of the ball 75, opening of valve ports 46, 51 is varied. Cylinder pressure CP in a gas compression chamber 12 is introduced to the valve port 46 through a passage 77, a chamber 65, a hole 60, and a chamber 53. Discharge pressure HP in a discharge chamber 8 is introduced to the valve port 51 through a passage 79, a chamber 67, a pressure introducing hole 54, a filter chamber 61, an orifice 51, and a hole 68. Consequently, control pressure AP generated in a guide chamber 45 is varied and the control pressure AP is introduced to each working chamber 16 through a cross holes 48, 47, a chamber 66, and a passage 78. |
