<p>PURPOSE:To improve rotating accuracy and to lower rotational load torque by providing a shaft fixed on a pedestal and a bearing inserted with pressure to the inside diameter of a roller abutting with a tape, and abutting the bearing with the shaft only a both terminal parts of the bearing in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:An impedance roller device is formed with a fixed shaft 4 fixed on the pedestal 7, the roller 3 abutting with the tape, and the bearing 8 inserted with pressure to the inside diameter of the roller. The bearing 8 is provided with a guide part to be guided by the shaft 4 at both terminal parts in the longitudinal direction, and the diameter of the part other than that is formed in the diameter with size larger than that of the shaft so as not to abut with the shaft 4. Therefore, the influence of the center part of the inside diameter of the bearing 8 which supplies the rotating accuracy when the roller 3 is rotated around the shaft 4 can be eliminated. In such a way, high rotating accuracy can be obtained, and also, load torque by tape tension can be reduced.</p> |
