<p>PURPOSE:To provide easily a canister having high toughness, corrosion resistance and shape adapted to a mounting space by forming a case and plate respectively of a material having a metal plate inserted in thermoplastic synthetic resin to thermally weld the connection of these case and plate. CONSTITUTION:A canister 100 has a case 110 and a plate 120 for enclosing an opening formed in one end of the case 110. The case 110 has a bottomed cylindrical shape and is manufactured by molding thermoplastic synthetic resin having a metal plate 112 inserted therein. On the other hand, a plate 120 is formed of tray-like thermoplastic synthetic resin having a metal plate 122 inserted therein. The case 110 and metal plate 120 are integrally sticked to each other through a connection 130 therebetween. Since then the resin part of the case 110 and resin part of the plate 120 in the connection 130 abut against each other, both are welded by heat treatment. Thus, the canister 100 becomes light and tough and the connection 130 of the case 110 and plate 120 is surely sticked by thermal welding.</p> |
