PURPOSE:To form a cut surface in a state of little unevenness and realize accurate adjustment at an objective frequency, by trimming electrodes together with a ceramic layer on said electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A protecting layer 15 is formed on trimming electrodes 14a, 14b which is prearranged at the time of forming a filter. The trimming electrodes 14a, 14b are subjected to trimming together with the protecting layer 15 as the upper layer. In the case of the above trimming, the protecting layer 15 hard to stretch exists on the trimming electrode layers 14a, 14b. Hence, when sandblast treatment is used for trimming, the trimming electrode layers 14a, 14b also become hard to stretch, so that the cut surface is turned into a fine surface of little unevenness. As the result, accurate trimming is realized. |
