<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a power consumption during a non-operation, to save a space and to enhance an assembly property by providing the following: a plurality of resistances; a semiconductor element used to protect a circuit; and a semiconductor switch used to control the ON/OFF operation of the supply of a power supply to a group of resistances. CONSTITUTION:When a plurality of resistances 1 are not operated and an OFF signal is given to an enable terminal 4 from the outside, the supply of a power supply to the resistances from a power supply 6 is cut off by the switching operation of a MOSFET 3. Then, when the resistances are operated, an ON signal is given to the enable terminal from the outside, and the power supply is supplied by the switching operation of the MOSFET. Diodes 5 prevent an electric current from flowing reversely between the individual resistances.</p> |
