<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a writer for serial interface type electrically reloadable memory by generating a pulse string started up by a write signal outputted from the writer and required for the write operation of memory. CONSTITUTION:When the signal is outputted from the writer of ultraviolet erasure type program memory, a serial pulse string generation circuit 8 outputs address data from a serial pulse output terminal 12 sequentially as the pulse strings of fetch and write instructions. The serial interface type electrically reloadable memory receiving the write instruction immediately performs write. After the write is completed, the serial pulse string generation circuit 8 outputs the serial pulse string of a readout instruction. Data in the serial interface type electrically reloadable memory read out in such way is transferred to a data S/P conversion circuit 9 via a data input terminal 13, and also, is transferred to and held with a readout data buffer 10. In such a case, when a signal of program verification is issued, a semiconductor integrated circuit transfers the content of the memory 10 to a data input/output terminal group 3.</p> |
