<p>PURPOSE:To easily close a case tightly, and prevent imperfect electric conduction caused by the flowing-out and the leakage of compound in the case of an electromagnetic apparatus wherein the case is filled with compound and it is cured, by inserting a compression-bonding connection terminal into an end plate closing an end surface aperture of the case, and tightly closing the terminal. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic apparatus main body 4 is accommodated in a case 1. Compression-bonding connection terminals 16 are inserted from the outside into terminal leading-out through holes 17 of each of the end plates 12, 13. The inner end of the terminal 16 is made to protrude from the inside of the hole 17, and a compression-bonding connection part 20 is arranged on an extended width part 21. In the state that the terminal 16 is made to protrude from a thin protruding part 18 toward the inside, the hole 17 is tightly closed in the following manner; at the thin protruding part 18, the hole 17 is brought into close contact with the terminal 16 by thermal fusion bonding of pressing and heating or by using adhesive agent. In this state, a bonding end 19 of each compression-bonding connection terminal 16 is made to abut against a bonding end 11 formed on each inside connection terminal 10 of a coil bobbin 8 and bonded. Each of the bonding ends 11, 19 is bonded by spot welding and the like.</p> |
