PURPOSE:To obtain a long-term usable device which eliminates the necessity of adjustment for incorporation of thin-type light-weight light source by installing electro-luminescence element on a nozzle to suck electronic parts and to modify their positioning. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part 7 of a supply device 9 moves vertically toward a mounted head 6 which conducts two-dimensional motion. The electronic parts are also sucked to a free-rotating suction head 21, and shot by an image-shooting device 8. As a result, positioning of the electronic parts 7 is modified, and then it is packaged on a printed circuit board 10. An electro-luminescence elements 2 is mounted on the periphery of the head 21, and the emitted light of the elements 2 irradiates on the electronic parts 7 suck to a nozzle through a through-hole. A silhouette of the parts 7 is shot by the image-shooting device 8. Unlike other devices with the constitution in which an image is shot by the reflected light or irradiated light from the outside light source, these devices above mentioned incorporate thin-type light-weight light source. Therefore, the electronic parts mounting device and the electronic parts image- shooting device can be used in stable condition without any adjustment for a long period. |
