PURPOSE:Not only to contrive power saving but also to execute a rational and economical design by determining a level of a radio signal used for communication, based on multiple load gain obtained by a delimited signal which is compressed timewise. CONSTITUTION:A gateway exchange 20 executes an exchange connection of a telephone network 10 and a radio system. A radio base station 30 has an interface to the exchange 20, and not only executes to set and release a radio circuit, but also executes to give and receive a radio signal to and from mobile radio equipments 100 (100-1-100-n). In the case a TCM(time division time compression multiple) signal for many kinds of service objects is contained in one frame used for communication of the base station 30 and the ratio equipments 100, each of them is divided into sub-frames, and by deriving multiple load gain which the TCM signal in its sub-frame has, a transmitting level is determined, and while holding an interference disturbance, etc., within an allowable value, a transmitting output can be decreased gradually. |
